43rd release of the Eclectic Reactions catalog signed by the Basque-Russian duo Dvoinoi, who present their first full length in physical format entitled “Unit”. An album that cements its structure over almost an hour and twelve songs recorded with hardware, rage, passion and tons of class. The abstraction and minimalist development of the pieces makes up a praiseworthy techno work where the industrial influence is present in mechanical atmospheres and cold melodies that grease an overwhelming machinery. The diversity in the structure, duration and tempo of the cuts are masterfully combined with classic kicks and breaks for a result that is rich and eclectic as well as direct and suggestive in a truly spectacular album that includes sonic steamroller techno remixes by Lowveld. “Unit” is presented in a limited edition of 37 hand-stamped fluorescent green cassettes under a careful presentation.
